IEEE RTCSA 2025, the 31st IEEE International Conference on Embedded and Real-Time Computing Systems and Application, will be held in Singapore on August 20-22, 2025. It will be co-located with NVMSA 2025. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
Submitting a Paper:
The paper is formatted according to the IEEE conference paper guidelines.
The paper is close to the final version, including authorship and acknowledgments.
The paper complies with the page limits (described in the call for papers).

The 31st edition of RTCSA will bring together researchers and developers from academia and industry to promote cross-fertilization and discuss advances and trends in the technology of embedded and real-time systems and their emerging applications, including the Internet of Things and Cyber-Physical Systems. Submission Guidelines:
Both research and industry papers are solicited. The submitted manuscript must describe original work not previously published and not concurrently submitted elsewhere. Abstract submission is a prerequisite for full paper submission. We welcome high quality papers, adhering to the following two formats:
Full Paper format: technical content must fit within 10 pages; references and acknowledgments can be arranged in 2 additional pages.
Short Paper format: technical content must fit within 6 pages; references and acknowledgements can be arranged in 2 additional pages.
