We are currently planning an in-person conference in Vancouver, Canada. The IEEE Photonics Society and the IEEE IPC organizers are committed to providing the safest environment possible for bringing our community back together again. We will continue to monitor the state of the pandemic and notify all participants as soon as possible should we need to revert to a virtual meeting.


PAPER SUBMISSION FORMAT & INSTRUCTIONS
The two-page paper should be typed single column and single-spaced. Charts, illustrations and figures must fit within the two-page paper specification.
The 45-word abstract will be used for publication in the program. Over-length abstracts will not be accepted and will affect your ability to successfully submit your work.
The two-page summary will be published in the Conference Proceedings if accepted and presented. It must be submitted as a PDF file.
Submissions should not exceed the 2-page limit; the example Template is longer to allow for posting of all formatting information.
Although IEEE does not require a specific format for their conference articles, IPC requires single column format.
