ITCC 2020 was scheduled to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, finally held online during August 12-14, 2020 due to the COVID-19,conference proceedings (ISBN: 978-1-4503-7539-9) is archived in the ACM Digital Library and will be indexed soon.
