As the workshop of VSIP 2019, selected papers of ICVRT 2019 will be published in the conference proceedings of VSIP 2019 as a special chapter, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and submitted for index by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
*Submission Instructions*
English is the official language.Paper should be prepared and presented in English. Full paper (no less than 4 Full Pages) submission is required for Publication and
Presentation. Abstract (200-400 words) submission is adequate for presentation only.
