All full paper submissions of ICTEM 2027 will also be peer reviewed and evaluated based on technical merit, interest, applicability, and how well they fit a coherent and balanced technical program.
After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers related to Artificial Intelligence after proper registration and presentation will be published in the AIET 2027 Conference Proceedings as a special chapter, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.
All peer-reviewed papers which are not related to Artificial Intelligence will be accepted and published into International Journal of Learning and Teaching (ISSN: 2377-2891(Print); 2377-2905(Online)), which will be indexed by Google Scholar, Crossref, CNKI, etc.

Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference.
