2025 The 14th International Conference on Nanostructures, Nanomaterials and Nanoengineering (ICNNN 2025) will be held from October 29 to 31, 2025 in Kyoto, Japan, providing great opportunity for materials technology and applications participants to meet researchers in other related fields as well. In order to provide an opportunity to network with wider number of participants, ICNNN 2025 will be co-located with 2025 The 10th International Conference on Materials Technology and Applications (ICMTA 2025).

Publication:
Prospective authors are invited to submit original research papers which have not been submitted or published by other conferences or journals. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed and the accepted papers will be published into the conference proceedings and submitted for indexing.

ICNNN 2025 conference proceedings will be published, included as one volume of Materials Science Forum as well, "Materials Science Forum" is one of the largest periodicals in its field.

All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.
Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)
All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.

Call for Special Session:
ICNNN proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference. Special sessions supplement the regular program of the conference and provide a sample of the state-of-the-art research in both academia and industry in special, novel, challenging, and emerging topics.

Submissions special session proposals should be e-mailed to icnnn@sciei.org before July 20, 2025. Proposals should include the following information:1.
