For papers submitted to ICNEA 2019, we offer the publications as following:
International Journal of Smart Grid and Clean Energy (IJSGCE, ISSN: 2315-4462, DOI: 10.12720/sgce) as a special issue, which will be indexed by Scopus, EI (INSPEC, IET), Ulrich's Periodicals Directory, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.
