The conference is co-sponsored by the Sensors and Systems Society of Singapore and the Beijing Institute of Control Robotics and Intelligent Technology, and hosted by the Robotics Society of Singapore.

Accepted and registered papers of ICMSR is mainly published in conference proceedings. Excellent papers with extension can be recommended to be published in: International Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics Research (IJMERR)
