The 7th International Conference on Education and Multimedia Technology (ICEMT 2023), which will be held in Tokyo, Japan during August 29-31, 2023. The theme of the conference is "The Future of Education". The previous 6 ICEMT conferences were held in China(Guangzhou, online), Singapore, Japan (Okinawa), Japan (Naagoya). The ICEMT 2023 edition will be focussing on the above theme but all submissions outside the theme will be considered. ICEMT is the scientific conference addressing the real topics as seen by teachers, students, parents and school leaders. Both scientists, professionals and institutional leaders are invited to be informed by experts, sharpen the understanding what education needs and how to achieve it. The conference is held every year to make it an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in Education, Multimedia Technology and related areas.

Call For TPC:
ICEMT 2023 respectfully asks scholars and experts in Education and Multimedia Technology related fields to consider being a member of the Technical Program Committee. If you are interested or if you have someone to recommend, please send your/their CV/s to icemt@academic.net. All received CVs will be carefully reviewed and discussed.TPC member’s name, affiliation and nationality will be shown on the webpage for ICEMT 2023 as well. Welcome to join us.

Submission Guidelines:
To publish the full paper into conference proceedings and give the oral presentation, please send us the full paper.
To give presentation only, please just send us the abstract.

Conference Proceedings Publication:
All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and be indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index (ISI Web of Science).

Journal Publication:
All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Based on the topics, accepted papers will be accepted and published by International Journal of Information and Education Technology (IJIET), which will be indexed by Scopus (CiteScore 2021: 1.3), INSPEC (IET), UGC-CARE List (India), CNKI, EBSCO, Electronic Journals Library, Google Scholar, Crossref, etc.

Page Requirements:
Each paper should have no less than 8 pages normally, including all figures, tables, and references. One regular registration is within 10 Pages. Extra pages will be charged.

Full Paper:
The manuscript in one column format, between 8-10 pages, extra pages (from Page 11) will be charged at 70 USD/per page. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.
Accepted and presented papers will be published into conference proceedings, will be included in the major data base, EI Compendex, Scopus, etc,the proceedings will be distributed during the Conference.
Accepted articles will be invited for as oral /poster/video/online presentation, depending on the nature and quality of the paper.

Abstract (Presentation Only):
We encourage you to send informative abstract (200-400 words) which is a compendious summary of a paper's substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
