We are delighted to announce the 2025 9th International Conference on Education and E-Learning (ICEEL 2025), which will take place from November 21 to 23, 2025 in Tokyo, Japan. The theme for this year’s conference is "AI-Powered Learning: Transforming Education in the Digital Age".
This year, the conference will spotlight the transformative impact of digital technologies on education and e-learning. We aim to foster discussions on innovative teaching methodologies, emerging technological tools, and strategies to create inclusive and accessible learning environments. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, adaptive learning platforms, virtual classrooms, digital literacy, and the role of technology in broadening educational opportunities for diverse learners. This theme serves as a call to researchers, educators, and industry professionals to share their insights and collaborate on shaping the future of education in this digital era.
We warmly invite all esteemed authors to contribute to the conference by submitting their research abstracts and papers. High-quality research contributions showcasing original and unpublished work—whether conceptual, empirical, experimental, or theoretical—are highly encouraged for presentation. ICEEL 2025 welcomes submissions in all areas of Education and E-Learning, including abstracts, full papers, and e-posters that align with the conference themes and topics. Submissions may include figures, tables, and references that enhance the presentation of novel research findings.

ICEEL 2025 respectfully asks scholars and experts in Education and E-Learning related fields to consider being a member of the Technical Program Committee. If you are interested or if you have someone to recommend, please send your/their CV/s to iceel@academic.net. All received CVs will be carefully reviewed and discussed. TPC member's name, affiliation and nationality will be shown on the webpage for ICEEL 2025 as well. Welcome to join us.
Submission Guidelines:
1. To publish the full paper into conference proceedings and give the oral presentation, please send us the full paper.
2. To give presentation only, please just send us the abstract.

Submission Requirements:
1. English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
2. The paper should have at least 8 pages and a maximum of 10 pages, including tables, figures and references.
Presentation & Publication (Full paper):
Full paper is requested, if you also consider publishing your paper.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
Oral Presentation Only (Abstract):
If you just want to make an oral presentation during ICEEL 2025 without paper publication, then you can only submit an abstract.
Conference Proceedings:
Accepted papers will then be published by ICEEL 2025 Conference Proceedings, ensuring their inclusion in the Online Digital Library. Additionally, these papers will be indexed by prestigious databases such as Ei Compendex and Scopus.
