As the workshop of ICCCM 2019, selected papers of ICCFI 2019 will be published in the conference proceedings of ICCCM 2019 as a special chapter, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library and submitted for index by Ei Compendex and Scopus.

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English. Full paper (no less than 4 full pages) is requested, if you are considering publishing your paper.
