The goal of this conference is to promote community-wide discussion identifying the advanced applications, technologies and theories for blockchain. We seek submissions of papers that invent novel techniques, investigate new applications, introduce advanced methodologies, propose promising research directions and discuss approaches for unsolved issues. Researchers are encouraged to submit original research contributions in all major areas.

Publication:
All submissions will be peer reviewed, and the accepted papers will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, which will be archived in the ACM Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
