The Forty-Third IEEE Convention of Central America and Panama (CONCAPAN 2025) of the CAPANA Council (Central America and Panama) of IEEE is the most important event in the region, and will take place from November 26 to 28, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in San Salvador, El Salvador.

>> All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
>> The Official Language of the conference is English, however, paper presentations could be given either English or Spanish.
>> Submit your full draft papers in PDF format. The final version of the paper must not exceed 6 typeset pages.
>> Each submission will be peer-reviewed
>> Papers will only be published in English.
>> Papers will only be original, previous presentation at a conference, or publication in another language, should be disclosed.
>> Papers must follow the IEEE Style for Conference Proceedings.
