Since 2008, the International Conference on Advanced Computer Theory and Engineering has been successfully held 13 sessions in South Korea, Germany, Singapore, China, Egypt, Indonesia and other countries. ICACTE 2020 has been held online successfully during September 18-20, 2020 because of the COVID-19.

Submitted papers will be peer reviewed by program committees, and accepted papers after registration and presentation will be published in the ICACTE 2021 Conference Proceedings by IEEE CPS, submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.

Conference proceedings of ICACTE 2020 has been index by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
